My approach I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method — two of the most researched approaches in couples work. But more than any model, I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is what makes change possible. You'll never feel judged, and you'll never feel like one partner is "the problem."
